Mold design development

photo

Molds are designed based on product drawings and product molds. Both 2D and 3D designs are supported. We don't merely design molds. We try to make designs that match customers' needs and propose means to lengthen the mold life, improve maintenance, lighten the weight, and reduce costs, etc.

Machining CAM

photo

Various conditions and optimum tools for 2D machining to complicated 3D shape machining are selected using CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing). We make challenges daily to create data that can realize a machining quality and machining speed that exceed our customers' requests.Machining

Machining

photo

Machining is primarily categorized into rough machining, finish machining, general-purpose machining, and lathe machining. We have multiple cutting-edge machining centers that can handle the machining quality the customer is looking for.

Even if the temperature environment in the factory varies, the constant temperature room in the finishing factory maintains a constant temperature and humidity for 24 hours, 365 days a year. This allows us to realize high-precision machining.

Measurement inspection

photo

Reliable quality is essential for molds that require a micron-level precision. The quality inspection room is equipped with a constant temperature room, similar to the one in the finishing factory. It is controlled to a constant temperature and humidity for 24 hours, 365 days a year.

We have several 3D measuring machines, including a contact type and non-contact type. We measure all mold parts from the mold core to the cooling parts. After prototype trials, we measure the products and measure the mold assemblies.

Mold assembly

photo

The molds are sent to the finishing process after passing the measurements. Molds with complicated shapes and various curves are polished, assembled, and joined all by the hands of skilled craftsmen, and not by machine. As the last step in the manufacturing process, our workers take pride in their work of creating molds that are easy for the customers to use.

Shipping inspection

photo

This is the final inspection conducted following in-house rules and customer regulations before shipment. Inspections take one to three days, and only products that have passed the strict inspections are shipped.
